Since 1984 Tester Drilling Services, Inc. has operated a variety of rotary and auger drills to meet the harsh and often remote operating conditions in Alaska. Our specially modified Simco 5000's are capable of performing the full spectrum of drilling disciplines and often save our client the cost of mobilizing and demobilizing additional drills to remote locations.

Our Driltech D-40K, Simco 5000's, Simco 4000, and EX-200 drill rail can be transported to most remote sites in Alaska via C-130 Hercules aircraft, barge, or landing craft.

Our IMT 120 and 180 foundation drills were the first fully hydraulic foundation drills to operate successfully in the arctic. We have successfully completed piling, drilled shafts, and conductor installation to depths of 160 feet on the north slope of Alaska.

Tester Drilling's operators average over 15 years drilling experience. They are generally recognized as the most versatile and effective in Alaska. Because of the remote nature of our working environment our people are proficient at repairing and maintaining our equipment while working in arctic or sub-arctic conditions both summer and winter.

We at Tester Drilling are enthused about our profession and the inherent challenge of conducting safe and professional drilling programs throughout Alaska. We look forward to working with you on your next project in Alaska, whether it is summer, winter, sub-arctic or arctic.
